In this pivotal role, you will bring your expertise in project field engineering to a dynamic and expanding LNG train at the Pluto onshore facility near Karratha. As an Electrical Field Engineer, you will lead the development of construction drawings, schedules, and temporary facilities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing Standard Work Process Procedures, reviewing and approving electrical work packages, and conducting quality inspections. Your recommendations will ensure that field engineering activities operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
* • Prepares construction drawings and sketches.
* • Leads preparation of construction drawings and schedules and the design of temporary construction facilities and ensures preparation of 'as built' drawings and other job plans.
* • Prepare, review, and approve Electrical work packages.
* • Implement Bechtel's SWPPs, project specifications and procedures, applicable codes, and drawings to ensure that construction installation requirements are met.
* • Perform in progress and final quality and completeness inspections of Electrical, Instrumentation, and EEHA installation.
* • Develop punch lists and monitor completion of punch items.
* • Prepare and disposition Request for Information (RFI's), Field Change Documents (FCD's) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Collaborate with design engineering through to final disposition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience is required. The successful candidate will have demonstrated competence in Electrical Equipment Hazardous Areas (EEHA) and related Australian Standards. Direct Hire Experience, preferably in a lump-sum environment, is also essential. In addition, the individual must possess excellent problem-solving ability and familiarity with Bechtel Standard Applications (BSAPs), including Setroute, TEAMWorks, Aconex, DSCS, and Unifier.
