Exciting Facilities role on offer in newly created role to support national facilities team

Is a well-known not-for-profit organisation that provides support services to individuals in need and will be coordinating the maintenance for their mixed use commercial and residential portfolio.
**Your new role**
- Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Logging maintenance and facilities related issues and requests
- Contribute to maintenance and asset management register
- Liaising with contractors and trades as required
- Invoicing for services related to facilities, property and assets
- Assist project management with monitoring of projects (refurbishment and development)
- Obtaining quotes for scope of works
- Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position within facilities helpdesk or Service Coordination roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence and build relationships with all levels of personnel
- Capability to liaise with (sub)contractors and building staff
- Understanding of facilities management and fleet
- Positive work ethic with a 'no task is too small or big' attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and drive in your workplace
