Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of life insurance claims (Total and Permanent Disability, Income Protection, and Death) ensuring assessments align with policy terms, claims philosophy and risk frameworks.
* Completion of a MetLife Claims Accreditation Program to attain Delegation of Authority within 3 months from employment commencement.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing life insurance claims preferably in a Group Insurance environment. They should be able to work with minimal supervision holding a Delegation of Authority across all Group product lines enabling efficient claim resolution.
