Job Description
Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Melbourne.
This role involves delivering exceptional service to our clients and security holders while building your career in a supportive, dynamic environment.
You will gain exposure to specialised processes, compliance requirements, and a variety of tasks that keep the work challenging and rewarding.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update the securityholder register with precision
Review and process securityholder requests using our bespoke software system
Organise and manage correspondence between Computershare and security holders
Action requests in line with Australian laws, ASIC regulations, company policies, and client requirements
Learn and deliver on specialised processes such as Deceased Estates, Off Market Transfers, and Bankrupt Estates
Handle general maintenance tasks including changes to names, addresses, payment information, and tax details
Ensure all actions are completed accurately and within required timeframes
