Assistant Restaurant Manager
Xanadu Wines is an Australian family owned, well-known and awarded winery, located in the beautiful Margaret River wine region.
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional in a full time Assistant Manager's role, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team. Our Restaurant operates 5 days a week Wednesday to Sunday.

Key Tasks:
* Daily leadership of the restaurant team.
* Motivate and inspire the team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve daily goals.
* Restaurant a la carte and event services.
* Daily set up and pack down of restaurant and event operations.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of staff training and sequence of service.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience as a food and/or beverage team leader or supervisor within the hospitality or wine industries.
* A passion for wine and a strong desire to share your enthusiasm with customers and staff.
* An engaging personality and warmth that customers and staff gravitate towards.
* Organised attention to detail and a "can do" attitude. Xanadu Wines is a medium sized business which means that every team member must be flexible enough to work across multiple disciplines.
