Available Roles Kitchen Attendants: Confident assisting in all kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting chefs during service. Cooks: Skilled in preparing menu items consistently and efficiently in a high-volume environment. Commis Chefs: Passionate about learning and developing culinary skills while supporting daily kitchen operations. Chef de Partie: Experienced in leading a section of the kitchen, managing service flow, and maintaining high-quality standards. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a commercial kitchen (Desirable) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Team-focused, flexible, and reliable High standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation Effective organisational skills to ensure timely and efficient service. Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays Essential Requirements Do Food Safely Certificate Food Allergens Training Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification (Commis Chef and Chef De Partie roles) *The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.
