About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist you will deliver the full range of pharmacy services for the Department of Medical Oncology, contributing to the efficient performance of the Cancer Services Pharmacy team.
Responsibilities
Deliver and oversee pharmacy services within Medical Oncology.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on patient care and medication management.
Manage pharmacy workflow, including organisation of workload and advanced leadership.
Requirements
Registered Pharmacist, eligible with AHPRA.
Minimum 3 years as a registered Hospital Pharmacist with experience in medical oncology pharmacy.
Effective communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Proven capacity to organise a complex workload with advanced leadership skills.
Employment Details
Position: Permanent Part-Time (0.6FTE)
Salary: $***** to $***** per hour + super + annual leave loading
Grade 3 Year 1-2
