Key Responsibilities
* Delivering domestic supports within homes and communities;
* Assisting customers with community-based activities;
* Collaborating on person-centred plans to identify life goals;
* Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
* Completing administration tasks, expense reports, and mandatory documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Well-developed interpersonal skills for building effective working relationships;
* A passion for providing service and assistance to help others live their best lives;
* Previous experience or willingness to train in manual handling and medication administration;
* Ability to assist with personal care and domestic duties;
* Patience and maturity to manage situations as they arise; and
* A valid driver's license and willingness to use a private vehicle (aligned with our motor vehicle allowance rebate).
