Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, research‐based standards of nursing care to individuals or groups under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN.
* Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.
* Act as a role model for safe practice.
* Administer medications in accordance with state law and organisational policy.
* Demonstrate ongoing commitment to professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Authority to work in Australia.
* Working with Children check.
* Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA.
* Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
* Advanced level of clinical skills (desired).
* Previous experience working as an Enrolled Nurse in a hospital environment is essential.
* Commitment to quality patient care.
* Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives and timelines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Sound clinical decision‐making and problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to work on a rotational roster.
