Nautical Supplies is a market leader in the marine industry, supplying a comprehensive range of marine goods and services. With established locations in Darwin, Cairns, and Brisbane, we're excited to expand into Western Australia with our Fremantle MEGA Store — and we're looking for passionate and knowledgeable team members to join us.
Since 1978, we've proudly supported all sectors of the maritime industry, from Leisure, Fishing, and Pearling to Defence, Shipping, and Oil & Gas. Our diverse product range spans traditional chandlery, safety equipment, hardware, and advanced marine electronics.

The Opportunity
We are recruiting for multiple on-site roles, ranging from Sales Assistants through to Senior and Management Positions, to support our new Fremantle store.

About You
Ideally, you will have:
* A genuine passion for boating and the marine industry (tell us about it in your cover letter)
* Previous experience in the marine industry or marine-related sales
* Strong knowledge of marine products and equipment
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* A mature, proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
* The ability to work independently and use initiative
* A valid Australian Driver's Licence
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service to retail and trade customers
* Process sales via phone, email, and over the counter
* Respond to product enquiries and assist with order processing
* Actively promote Nautical Supplies' products and services
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Preferred Skills & Experience
* Experience in marine sales, spare parts interpretation, or a technical background
* Familiarity with inventory or stock management systems
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
