What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field

Experience and Skills Required

* Proven experience in HR, diversity, and inclusion roles
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with Indigenous communities
* Delivering cultural awareness training and programs
