Our growing financial brokerage is seeking a capable, organised and personable Personal Assistant to keep the engine room running smoothly.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in doing things properly, and values autonomy. You will be trusted to manage priorities, support client activity, and keep operations on track, all within a professional environment that genuinely understands flexibility matters.


What you'll do

* Manage calendars, meetings, travel and competing priorities
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, lenders and partners
* Prepare correspondence, agendas, reports and meeting notes
* Maintain confidential documents and support compliance administration
* Assist with loan processing and liaise with lenders and clients
* Support basic bookkeeping, invoicing and expense tracking
* Conduct research to support client files and market insights
* Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes


You'll stand out if you have

* Proven experience as a PA, EA or in a senior administrative role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Clear, professional written and verbal communication
* High attention to detail, particularly with documentation
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
* A discreet, trustworthy approach to confidential information
* Initiative and the ability to work independently


Preferred but not essential

* Experience in financial services, mortgage broking or banking
* Experience with CRMs (highly regarded)
* Understanding of loan processes, compliance or client systems
* Basic finance or bookkeeping capability
