We have a vacancy, based in any of our PCLS offices. This position is Full-time, 10 days per fortnight or 38 hours per week. Consideration given to part-time or full-time. Secondments considered.

About Us

PCLS have regional offices in Karratha, Roebourne, South Hedland, and Newman. We offer a range of services, including:

* Legal Services
* Financial Counselling
* Tenant Advice and Education Service
* Housing Support
* Domestic Violence Advocacy & Support
* Redress Support
* Settlement, Engagement and Transition Services (SETS)

About the Opportunity

* Competitive Salary (commensurate with skills and experience)

* Minimum Certificate IV in Human Resources Management or Business Administration. Degree or postgraduate qualifications are highly sought. Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience.
* Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) platforms (example, Employment Hero)
* High-level, interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Adhere to ethical, privacy and confidentiality standards
* Current Australian driver's license and Australian Working Rights.
* Able to travel to remote areas to deliver services to clients and the community.
* Previous involvement in the Community Legal Sector.
* Demonstrated networking ability.
