About the Role
The successful candidate will work 3 days a week and every second Saturday, with flexibility to cover additional weekday hours during staff leave. The role involves working at the front-of-house, welcoming patients and ensuring a friendly experience.
* Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service.
* Answering phones, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
* Maintaining accurate patient records and processing orders.
* Providing personalized support in frame and lens selection, fitting, and advice.

About You
You have:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail, with a preference for optical retail experience.
* Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
* Technical Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Optomate Touch is an advantage.
* Personal Attributes: Self-motivation, responsibility, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
