The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated, multi-skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at the Coles Distribution Centre in Redbank, QLD. You'll be responsible for general and preventative maintenance works that keep the site operating safely and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Carry out general building and asset repairs across the site
* Respond to reactive maintenance requests and troubleshoot faults
* Perform basic mechanical, plumbing, sheet metal, welding, and carpentry tasks
* Maintain dock levellers, roller doors, boom gates, and basic plumbing infrastructure
* Communicate effectively and build strong on-site working relationships
To be considered for this role you will:
* Proven hands-on mechanical or trade experience in a distribution or industrial environment
* Restricted electrical licence (disconnect/reconnect) – highly regarded
* Experience with pallet racking installation and repair – highly regarded
* Mechanically minded, safety-focused and solution-driven
* Current Australian driver's licence and own transport
* Flexibility to travel interstate if required
