The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Building Inspector to join our team on a subcontractor basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an inspector who takes pride in thorough, high-quality work and wants consistent ongoing inspections with excellent pay.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Defect Inspections, Progress Inspections, Condition Reports, Dilapidation Reports, and Pre-Purchase Building Inspections for residential and commercial properties.
Identify all building defects and non-compliances in line with the BCA and Australian Standards.
Use provided report templates to complete accurate and detailed reports

About You:
Proven experience in building inspections (defects, progress, dilapidation, condition & pre-purchase).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects and non-compliances accurately.
Familiarity with the BCA and Australian Standards is essential.
Trade qualification or Certificate IV in Building & Construction highly regarded but not essential.
Own reliable transport, phone and basic inspection tools.
Must have own ABN and current insurances (public liability and professional indemnity).
