About the Role
As a Client Service Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting customers and members, ensuring their experience is seamless, professional, and empathetic. You'll handle a mix of client interactions, application and claims processing, and administrative support — all while working closely with an experienced and supportive team that values initiative and precision.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and general advice to clients and members
Process applications, claims, and policy transactions accurately and efficiently
Manage inbound and outbound communications with care and professionalismMaintain detailed and compliant member records
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams on key projects and initiatives
Support process improvement and contribute to team success
About You
You're proactive, detail-oriented, and naturally people-focused. You take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a collaborative, values-driven team.
You'll bring:
Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or a regulated industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
