Role Summary
The Visual Merchandising Manager is a key role in our retail team, responsible for bringing our brand vision to life across boutique windows and in-store environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Management: Project lead window and Lightbox campaigns, coordinating production orders, timelines, vendors, and budgets, supervising VM execution, and consolidating post-installation reporting.
* Event Leadership: Leads local production for pop-in events and ad-hoc initiatives, supporting execution in partnership with stores and suppliers.
* Team Support & Development: Supports major seasonal rotations, provides operational support, and cultivates a high-performing visual merchandising team through mentorship, training, and collaboration.
* Day-to-day support: Provides comprehensive support to the VM team by ensuring high visual standards, coordinating installations, managing product displays, conducting competitor analysis, and collaborating with store leadership.
Requirements
* Significant visual merchandising experience in luxury or high-end retail.
* Project Management: Expert at planning and executing multi-store rollouts.
* Deep understanding of VM principles and brand translation.
* Communication & Influence: Confident communicator across all levels with strong interpersonal skills.
* Problem Solving & Adaptability: Resourceful and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
* Teamwork & Collaboration: Strong team player and collaborator.
* Creative, detail-oriented, with a passion for luxury.
* Skilled at supervising and guiding VM teams.
