Customer Service Representative Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles, with a passion for delivering an amazing client experience. You will possess excellent communication and active listening skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
* Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
* Providing administrative support to our clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists)
* Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
* Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
* Billing our clients correctly and taking a range of payments
* Learning and competently using a range of software and applications
Requirements:
* Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
* A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
* Great communication and active listening skills
* Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
