Achieve and exceed sales targets through a deep understanding of our products and effective sales techniques.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a problem-solving mindset.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current products, and services.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in IT and technology sales.
Strong technical knowledge in IT hardware, software, phone and tablet repairs.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions to customers.
Passion for technology and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
Availability to work the required hours, including Saturdays.
