**About the Role**
This shire based in the Pilbara is seeking a passionate and experienced Change Manager - Digital Transformation to lead and support the organisation through a significant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and broader digital transformation initiatives. As the Change Manager, you'll build collaborative relationships across the Shire, working closely with stakeholders to design and deliver change management, communication, and training plans. You'll guide the teams through the people side of change, ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and processes while fostering a culture of engagement and resilience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
***Change Leadership**: Develop and implement change management plans aligned with the Shire's strategic goals, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies.
**Stakeholder Engagement**: Build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders, address concerns, and ensure consistent messaging to drive adoption and minimise resistance.
**ERP Adoption**: Facilitate user adoption of the new ERP system through targeted training, workshops, and ongoing support, ensuring staff are confident in new processes.
**Training & Communication**: Collaborate with project teams to create training materials, quick reference guides, and communication collateral. Conduct regular feedback checks to measure effectiveness.
**Risk & Benefit Management**: Identify and mitigate change-related risks, monitor benefit realisation, and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
**Team Guidance**: Mentor and support the change and training analyst, fostering capability development and a positive team culture.
**Reporting**: Provide regular project status updates to the project board and ensure accurate documentation of change activities and outcomes.
**Qualification Requirements**:
- Proven experience in change management within ERP implementations or digital transformation projects.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Expertise in developing and delivering change management, training, and communication plans.
- Ability to manage resistance, address challenges, and maintain momentum in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative and empathetic approach, with a talent for mentoring and fostering team capability.
- A proactive mindset, with a focus on delivering sustainable outcomes and continuous improvement.
