You play a significant role in this journey as our valued Commercial Manager.
Your Opportunity
As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for tracking and forecasting commercial performance, supporting critical commercial decisions such as product pricing and inclusions, responses to competitor moves, and modelling the benefits and elasticity of offers we've put into market.
* Drive pricing and commercial decision-making for the Mobile Growth portfolio (TPG Mobile & Felix Mobile), primarily related to plan pricing, mobile offers, and multi-service bundles.
* Develop pricing recommendations for tactical offers, new product launches, and planned activities to stimulate growth (acquisition and retention).
* Present recommendations, commercial analysis, and trading updates to key stakeholders within the direct team and other key parties, including Finance.
* Prepare and present weekly performance reporting packs to forums consisting of immediate team members, Head Of, and General Manager.
* Forecast performance against budgets and proactively work with supporting teams on identifying risks and coordinating gap closure plans or doubling down on opportunities to maximise return and performance versus budget.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to create, manage, and maintain scenario modelling in Excel.

* Hold a degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or actuarial science.
