About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with leaders, employees, candidates, and stakeholders to provide recruitment support, develop relationships with key stakeholders, source talent from various platforms, and champion effective recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Central West Orana Project by providing comprehensive recruitment services.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
* Identifying and sourcing top talent across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Seek, and internal redeployment opportunities, to meet business needs.
* Serving as a recruitment champion, ensuring that processes and procedures are efficient and effective for management teams.
* Providing up-to-date training and development programs to enhance the skills of management teams in selection tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role, coupled with excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
* Proven capability in delivering high-quality talent solutions in talent-short markets using innovative strategies.
* Experience with Workday or other full-delivery HR systems would be advantageous.
