Position: AI Real Estate Data Specialist
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $90,000–$200,000/year
Location: Palo Alto, CA (in-office, 5 days per week) or Remote
Commitment: 9:00am–5:30pm PST during training, then aligned with your local timezone
Role Responsibilities
- Use proprietary software to label, annotate, and analyze real estate data for AI training.
- Provide expert input on property valuation, leasing, and market trends.
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to refine annotation tools and workflows.
- Evaluate complex real estate problems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Interpret evolving task instructions with attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Professional experience in real estate, leasing, rentals, or related fields.
- Robust written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving task requirements.
- Passion for innovation and the intersection of real estate and technology.
Preferred
- Active real estate license or property management certification.
- Experience mentoring or training others in real estate or leasing practices.
- Familiarity with AI tools, data annotation, or digital workflows.
- Comfortable recording short audio or video sessions for data collection.
Compensation & Legal
- Competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $200,000 annually for U.S.-based professionals, depending on experience and location.
