Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and baking breads, pastries, and other baked products.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering high-quality products and services. You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve production targets and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare, mix, and bake breads, pastries, and other baked products.
* Monitor ovens, adjust temperatures, and ensure product consistency.
* Follow recipes and production schedules to meet daily demand.
* Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
* Clean and maintain baking equipment and the production area.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification; OR at least 3 years' relevant full-time work experience.
* Demonstrated commercial baking experience.
* Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
