We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cook/Kitchen All-rounder to join our team at Port Central Pantry in the vibrant coastal town of Port Macquarie, NSW. As one of our Cook/Kitchen All-rounders, you and the team will be responsible for the overall operations of our popular café kitchen, ensuring the consistent delivery of delicious, high-quality meals to our customers. This is a full-time role offering fantastic work-life balance.
What you'll be doing
* Oversee all aspects of food preparation, from menu planning to execution
* Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment
* Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative specials and menu items
* Monitor inventory and purchasing decisions to maximise efficiency and minimise waste
