Betfair Pty Limited is a disruptor bringing innovation and competition to the Australian sports betting industry while operating responsibly and following regulations to protect the community. We're looking for a Finance Administration Officer (Entry Level) to take ownership of accounts payable, credit card and employee reimbursement processes, as well as customer withdrawals. Beyond day‐to‐day processing, you'll support the Finance team with the delivery of high‐quality reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
* Coding of supplier invoices.
* Processing of supplier invoices accurately and on time.
* Preparing weekly payment runs, ensuring payments are scheduled for release prior to due dates.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding supplier invoice queries or payment matters.
* Managing vendor profiles with the parent company.
* Assisting with the management of customer fund balances between bank accounts.
* Processing of monthly credit card expenses and employee reimbursements accurately and on time.
* Assisting credit card holders with coding monthly reports.
* Providing timely bulk reporting (weekly, monthly and annual).
* Assisting with month‐end accounts receivable and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
* Assisting with annual audits and ABS survey lodgements.
* Improving processes and maintaining internal controls.
* Supporting Customer Service with daily customer withdrawals.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Accounts Payable experience (preferred but not required).
* Strong multi‐tasking ability across multiple duties.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to perform autonomously and a motivation to grow with the company.
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‐paced, dynamic and high‐pressure environment.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
