About This Role:

* Support the design and implementation of repeatable, scalable systems, policies, and programs for our global team.
* Responsible for talent acquisition, compliance with employment laws, employee engagement, and HR processes to maintain a high-performance work culture.
* Implement benefits and compensation, tax management, develop policies, and code of conduct compliant with regulations.
* Develop programs that can scale globally to improve employee experience and optimize efficiency in the HR department.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement people strategies to support organizational growth by fostering high performance, inclusivity, continuous improvement, and innovation.
2. Advise on business decisions aligned with legislative changes and compliance requirements.
3. Guide employee survey action plans to drive global engagement and retention.
4. Manage full-cycle recruitment across Australia, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
5. Ensure consistent application and integration of people policies, programs, and practices.
6. Report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using qualitative and quantitative data.
7. Support performance reviews, goal setting, and compensation processes.
8. Provide compliant employee relations advice, promoting a high-performance culture.
9. Lead HR training and development to drive upskilling, mobility, and retention.
10. Assist in developing policies, systems, and metrics to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
11. Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed.
12. Manage onboarding, new-hire orientation, and exit processes, ensuring exceptional experiences and HRIS accuracy.
13. Support payroll processing, including updates, reimbursements, and compliance audits.
