* 5+ years of experience in Odoo
* Successful track record of Odoo implementations from both functional and technical perspectives
* Proven experience managing Odoo projects from start to finish
* Qualifications in Accounting Business / Management / IT or related fields

* Experience with all Odoo Enterprise standard modules
* Experience with setup and management of Bitbucket and GitHub
* Experience setting up Continuous Integration and automated deployment
* Strong understanding of ecommerce, supply chain, logistics, and finance

* Involvement in Pre-Sales activities
* Skills in Requirement Gathering, Specification, and Design

* Skills in developing and enhancing the Odoo framework and core modules
* Ability to establish frameworks for adopting Odoo best practices
* Support and input provision to the sales team as needed
* Experience mentoring junior implementers and developers
* Experience setting up and maintaining Odoo infrastructure
* Setup and maintenance of customer Virtual Machines (VM)
* Good knowledge of Linux
* Experience with installation and management of PostgreSQL databases
* Installation and maintenance of Odoo software
* Management of custom code repositories in Bitbucket/GitHub and environment updates
* Ensuring optimal VM setup and maintenance
* Troubleshooting issues as they arise
* Familiarity with SSL certificates and setup
* Familiarity with Nginx
* Proficiency in Python
* Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap
* Knowledge of software integration methods like REST API, Web Services, XML-RPC
* Familiarity with source code repositories such as GIT and Bazaar
* Strong knowledge of open-source development
* Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
