As a key player in customer service, you will be instrumental in performing tasks across various nbn technologies.
* Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
* Installation of customer premises equipment
* Diagnostics and repair of nbn cabling networks and customer premises equipment
About You
We are seeking both experienced professionals and those with transferable skills from a communication cabling or electrical background looking to explore a new career in the telecommunications sector.
Key qualifications include excellent technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance is highly desirable.
A valid driver's license is also essential for this role.
