Project Management Leadership Opportunity
This is an exceptional chance for a skilled Project Manager to take on a leadership role and drive success in complex projects. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, experience mentoring others or leading project teams, and a hands-on, detail-focused approach. A degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or similar is also required.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in a client-side or consulting project management role, with strong delivery experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional sectors. They will be proactive, solution-focused, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of capital works projects across multiple sectors
* Drive consultant and contractor performance, and manage project financials
* Chair client meetings and provide strategic advice throughout all phases
* Mentor and support Project Managers and Project Coordinators
* Oversee project documentation, reporting, and risk management
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
* Support tenders, EOI submissions, and new business activity
* Contribute to internal team culture, knowledge sharing, and leadership development
