**The Team and the Role**:
Focused on the vision of 'Trusted to deliver the best for growers,' our large Fertilisers customer service team is a crucial interface between the business and customers, continuously striving to provide professional customer sales, service and support to all parties that interact with the business.
In this important role, you will liaise with various internal departments (Operations, Sales, Supply) and key external stakeholders including customers, carriers and suppliers.
We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working with diverse groups of people and building positive relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and make an impact on our growing business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone enquiries and bookings.
- Weighbridge load compliance requiring strong mathematical and computer skills
- Scheduling and coordinating logistics associated with product despatch using the relevant systems.
- Prioritising your safety, and the safety of others in all practices.
During the peak season (approx. March to July), our team works rotating shifts to meet seasonal demands, including afternoons, nights, weekends and public holidays.
**Do you have a mixture of the following skills and experience?**
- A background in customer service, with a high level of integrity.
- Weighbridge logistics and scheduling experience highly desirable.
- High level of attention to detail and well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks
- High level of problem-solving capability and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work & challenging situations.
We are looking for a committed flexible team member to provide outstanding customer service support outside normal business hours. The role requires you to work various rotating shifts between 5:00am - 10:00pm Monday-Friday, and rotational weekend shifts that can include public holidays during our peak season, generally between March and July.
