Hands on high impact role Technical growth opportunities Competitve salary About the Role A rare opportunity for a hands-on Network & Systems Administrator to join a small, dynamic IT team. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure & Systems Manager, this role bridges the gap between service desk and senior infrastructure, supporting systems, networks and cloud platforms across the business. You’ll play a key role in resolving technical issues, contributing to infrastructure improvements and collaborating with senior IT on more complex systems and projects. Key Responsibilities Support and optimise Hyper‑V and VMware virtualisation platforms Support the operation of hybrid environments across on-premises systems, Microsoft 365 and Azure Provide support for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and Active Directory / Entra ID Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments Administer Veeam Backup & Replication, including testing and disaster recovery planning Support LAN, WAN, VLANs, firewalls and VPN infrastructure with a strong focus on uptime and security Assist with network & infrastructure changes, upgrades & site deployments Provide end-user support across desktops, laptops and POS equipment Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation for systems, services and processes About You You are a technically capable IT professional with experience in systems and/or network support roles.
