Job Title: Human Resources Director
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can drive business results through effective human capital management. They will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals, objectives, and values.
This key role is responsible for overseeing recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.
The HR Director will manage the full recruitment process, build relationships with external partners, and ensure the smooth onboarding of new employees.
They will work closely with department heads to develop strategic workforce plans, anticipate hiring needs, and address skills gaps. The role also involves creating talent pipelines to support future growth and fostering a positive workplace culture.
In addition to recruitment and workforce planning, the HR Director will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance to both employees and managers.
They will mediate and resolve employee issues while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
