What You'll Do
* Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla Model S, Model X, and Model 3 vehicles in accordance with Tesla‐specific repair procedures
* Use Celette frame jigs for setting new structural components
* Glue, rivet, and weld structural components being replaced
* Repair exterior cosmetic panels via metal finishing and body filler
* Replace all parts associated with collision repair including body panels, suspension parts, vehicle structure, radiators, airbags, and trim
* Proficient in MIG welding
* Follow standards and work in teams
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years' experience as an automotive collision repair technician
* Excellent attitude and enjoys working with others in teams
* Neat and organized work habits
* I‐CAR Australia welding certification is a plus
* Knowledge and experience with aluminum repairs and procedures
* Proficient in MIG welding
* Experience with heavy damage/structural repairs on prestige vehicles
* Certificate in collision/body repair and maintenance is a plus
* Valid driver's license and a good driving record
* Capable of reading and comprehending automotive repair procedure
* Strong knowledge of PPE and safe practices
* Strong written and verbal English skills
* Self‐starter with a team‐player attitude
* Hands‐on problem solving skills and analytical thinking
This position requires a minimum of 38 hours per week. $40-55 per hour based on experience + Tesla equity.
