About the Role
As a Sales Development Specialist in Compression and Advanced Wound Care, you will be dedicated to driving growth and revenue through market-leading products and exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers
* Apply consistent sales processes for opportunity identification, management, and implementation
* Optimize territory planning to generate maximum business outcomes
* Use technology and internal information systems (CRM, Power BI) for data-driven decision-making
* Maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
* Proactively contact and call leads, working closely with the marketing team
* Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
* Articulate the impact of products and solutions on customers' businesses
* Act as the indication and product expert for the region
* Support the sales team with education and competency-building activities
* Accurately forecast and manage the sales pipeline
* Track metrics to meet financial objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and support customer opportunities
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience and/or formal clinical qualifications related to Compression and Wound Care
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage, report on, and develop contracts, tenders, and business agreements
* A proven record of sustainable and profitable sales delivery in the health and medical industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English
* Strong relationship-building abilities, particularly with Key Opinion Leaders
* Collaborative leadership qualities to work effectively across the business
* A keen attention to detail and commitment to high work standards
* A current driver's license and access to a car
