Key Responsibilities:
* Support and mentor junior staff to achieve career growth
* Maximise profitability on contracts through effective cost management
* Monitor contract costs against budgets to ensure transparency and accountability
* Identify potential risks and evaluate options for mitigation and control
* Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for clients
* Procure sub-contractors, including preparation of contractual agreements
* Assess and certify interim and final payments to subcontractors in a timely manner
* Prepare and agree main contract variations with stakeholders
* Provide support in the preparation of documents for dispute resolution (adjudications/arbitrations etc.)
The role involves hybrid working between home-based and site visits.
