Our client, a highly respected and long-established leader in the laundry and dry cleaning sector, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Retail/Customer Service Assistants to join their Northern Beaches team.
With both part-time and full-time positions available, including weekend shifts, this is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexibility and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful assistance
* Receive, tag, and log garments and other items for cleaning; ensure accurate tracking and labelling
* Operate the cash register or POS system, process payments (cash, card, etc.), and issue receipts
* Inspect items for stains, damage, or special instructions; communicate any issues to customers and cleaning staff
* Retrieve cleaned items, check for quality, and return them to customers; ensure correct orders are delivered
* Track incoming and outgoing items, manage lost property, and assist with stock control (e.g., packaging, cleaning supplies)
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented counter and customer area
* Answer phone calls and assist with basic record-keeping as required
