We provide commercial cleaning products and laundry services to accommodation, food and beverage, aged care, education, and contract cleaning sectors. We are seeking a strong sales leader to join us and drive continued growth.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Commercial Sales Manager to own sales for two complementary businesses: RapidClean Geelong’s cleaning products and Geelong & Surfcoast Laundry’s commercial laundry services. You will manage and grow a passionate sales team, oversee sales operations using Customer Relationship Management software, and eventually lead customer service within operations. This role puts you at the heart of our growth.
What You Will Do
* Lead full sales operations for RapidClean Geelong and Geelong & Surfcoast Laundry, including products and services
* Recruit, coach, and lead a motivated sales team to meet ambitious growth goals
* Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting using Customer Relationship Management software
* Oversee the customer service team and ensure outstanding client experiences
* Develop cross selling strategies to maximize revenue
* Collaborate with other departments for seamless integration of sales and service
Who You Are
* Five or more years of business-to-business sales leadership experience managing product and service sales
* Experience leading or supporting customer service teams
* Skilled with customer relationship management software
* Strategic thinker with excellent communication, coaching, and relationship building skills
* Knowledge of cleaning, hygiene, or commercial laundry industries is advantageous
* Eligible to work in Australia
