In this role, you will be responsible for generating and closing high-value sales opportunities within Australia, focusing on institutional clients.You will develop strategies to build a strong client base, identify new revenue sources, and ensure clients meet OKX’s standards, while providing feedback to senior teams to enhance offerings and drive growth.What You’ll Be Doing:Identify and pursue institutional sales opportunities in Australia, building a pipeline through sourcing and converting prospective clients via consulting, education, planning, and advisory services.Develop client profiles by identifying previous success cases and replicating them to repeat successes and guide marketing efforts.Define and evaluate new revenue streams and opportunities with existing or new clients.Close sales, focusing on high-revenue, high-impact deals.Ensure prospects or new clients are in good standing and do not pose risks to OKX, including financial, reputational, or regulatory risks.Communicate client feedback and identify gaps in service or product offerings to senior management and product teams, with suggested proposals.What We Look For In YouDemonstrated high tenacity, grit, and determination.Proven experience in sales, with a track record of building pipelines, developing opportunities, and closing deals.Understanding of regional territory dynamics and how to build a high-value sales pipeline.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Extensive knowledge of products offered to institutional clients (e.g., Block Trading, Derivatives such as Perps/Futures/Options/Margin, Cash OTC).Prior experience in crypto sales, preferably on another exchange platform.
