We’re seeking an experienced and creative E-Commerce Specialist to lead the growth of our three global fashion websites. If you're data-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about fashion e-commerce, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
Facebook & Google Ads : Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
Klaviyo Email Marketing : Manage, segment, and execute high-performing email flows and campaigns that boost customer retention and engagement.
Content Creation : Generate engaging product and campaign content, collaborating with design and brand teams to ensure alignment with our tone of voice.
Shopify Management : Maintain and update 3 international Shopify stores, ensuring smooth UX, up-to-date product listings, and robust CRO foundations.
Performance Analysis : Track, report, and improve on key e-commerce KPIs (AOV, CVR, ROAS, etc.) across multiple markets.
Black Friday Campaign Management : Launch and coordinate seasonal sales, product drops, and promotions across AU, UK, and US regions.
Preferred Background & Skills
- 2+ years in an e-commerce management role (preferably fashion/apparel).
- Proficient in Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Excellent written and visual content creation skills.
- Deep understanding of global e-commerce trends and seasonal sale periods.
- Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple regions.
- Experience working with creative teams, copywriters, and developers.
- Experience in preparing and Launching Black Friday campaigns.
