A brand new opportunity is now available as we now recruit for our 3rd Clinical Manager to join the team at Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care. You will work closely with and be supported by the Residential Manager, Deputy Residential Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator and fellow Clinical Managers to provide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of high‐quality care to our future residents.

What Does It Take to Join Us?
* Ideally at least 2+ years experience as a Clinical Manager or within a similar role in a large aged care environment
* Excellent and up to date clinical knowledge and assessment skills
* Experience in staff supervision and development
* A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes
* Knowledge of Care Planning

Essential Requirements
* National Police Check (within the last 12 months) - a must‐have for peace of mind and safety.
