Job Title: Temporary Property Manager

About the Role:
* Oversee day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio
* Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
* Manage tenant and landlord communications in a timely and professional manner
* Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors
* Prepare lease renewals, rent reviews, and general tenancy administration
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and agency policies

About You:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Manager or strong background in Assistant Property Management
* WA Real Estate Licence (essential)

* Strong client service focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
