As a Maternal Health Advocate, you will deliver culturally responsive prenatal, birthing and postpartum care to women and families.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide culturally safe prenatal, birthing and postpartum support for women and families
* Foster access to community, health and social resources, enhancing care pathways
* Collaborate with midwives, doctors and Aboriginal Health teams to ensure safe care
* Advocate for culturally safe practice, offering cultural insight, education and guidance to staff

Requirements
* Experience supporting Aboriginal women through pregnancy, birth and early parenting
* Confidence working within community, hospital and home environments to support families
* Ability to build strong, culturally respectful relationships and communicate effectively across teams
* Commitment to culturally safe practice and continuous learning in maternal health
