About the Position: Our client is looking for a Senior Family Lawyer (4–8 years PAE) to join their Gold Coast team in a role that blends leadership, mentoring, and high-quality legal work. You will manage a range of complex family law matters including parenting disputes, property settlements, spousal maintenance, financial agreements, same-sex and de facto matters, as well as mediation and domestic violence proceedings. You’ll have the support of a skilled in-house team of Paralegals who handle administrative tasks, giving you space to focus on legal strategy and client care.
