We're searching for a Lead Commissioning Specialist to join Sydney's best AV Integration Team — a high-performing group delivering cutting‐edge corporate and enterprise AV environments.
This role is for someone who operates at the intersection of audio, video, networking and control systems — the specialist who ensures everything works together flawlessly before handover.
What you'll be doing:
* Commissioning and validating complex AV networks (IP schemes, VLANs, multicast, clocking)
* DSP and audio system setup using platforms such as Q‐SYS and Dante
* System tuning, fault‐finding and performance optimisation
* Camera and video calibration for modern collaboration spaces (MTR and enterprise environments)
* Control system validation across platforms including Crestron, Extron and AMX
* Acting as the technical authority on site, supporting installers, engineers and project teams
* Ensuring every system leaves site stable, resilient and client‐ready
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in AV commissioning, systems engineering or senior technical delivery
* Confidence working across audio, video, networking and control systems
* A structured troubleshooting mindset and methodical approach to system validation
* Exposure to Dante, Q‐SYS, AV over IP and enterprise collaboration environments
* Someone who wants to be the go‐to technical specialist rather than just another installer
