Representing **our client** in the Independent Grocery channel working across **Greater Melbourne with occasional travel to Bendigo, Ballarat, Geelong & Mornington Peninsula.** You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO’s) to drive distribution and sales to increase market share and category performance of **our client's** iconic brands using opportunity-based selling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Growing distribution ranging through sell in of core and NPD products
- Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
- Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
- Driving sales results
- Managing a territory and developing strong store relationships
- Implementation of layouts
- Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.
- Full Time role 5 days per week across Monday - Friday
- Relevant experience in sales based role in Retail, FMCG and Merchandising, highly favourable in Independent Grocery
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
- Able to work autonomously
- Valid drivers license and reliable car
