Customer Development Manager
About the Role:
The Customer Development Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Duties Include:
* Solving customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs;
* Responsibility for sales and gross margin performance of your territory;
* Manage relationships of around 150 customers;
* Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions;
