**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are seeking a motivated professional with an electrical background, with strong customer relationship and commercial skills to join us as a Mining Solutions Manager. This diverse role will see you using your technical knowledge in the Mining electrical equipment space to be the link between our customers, estimating, sales and project management teams.
Positioned within the Solutions and Tendering team, you will lead the front-end engagement of electrical projects across varying sectors, specifically:
- Build relationships with current and potential customers to ensure products are specified for upcoming projects.
- Develop key strategic alliances with key customers and industry partners.
- Maintain a good working relationship with Senior Management, Operations Managers and Regional Sales Managers
- Communication of key market intelligence
**YOU'LL NEED THESE TO SUCCEED**:
This role will be ideal for someone with a blend of technical and tender management, along with strong customer relationship skills. Specifically, you will have:
- Knowledge of mining electrical infrastructure Knowledge of mining capital builds and overhauls
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
- Well organised with strong negotiation and time management skills
- Electrical background with 5-year experience in mining electrical power systems
- Project management skills
- Customer oriented
