Workplace Health and Safety Specialist
The role of a Workplace Health and Safety Specialist is critical in ensuring a safe working environment for employees. In this position, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on workplace health and safety matters, facilitating risk assessments, coaching operational teams, conducting workplace inspections and audits, and responding to incidents and WHS matters.
* Coach operational teams on how to identify and respond to hazards and incidents
* Conduct workplace inspections and audits
* Respond to incidents and WHS matters as they arise
Requirements:
* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations
* Competent in the application of risk management concepts and practices and WHS incident investigation methodologies
* A minimum of three to five years' experience working in a similar WHS role
